Ingredients:
2 cups rotini pasta, dried
1-1/2 cups (4 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE® Cut Green Beans, drained
3/4 cup bottled ranch salad dressing
2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
Procedure:
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Coat large skillet lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir until tender.
- Stir in ham, green beans, salad dressing, mustard and cooked pasta. Heat through.
