BEET and FETA BRUSCHETTA


Ingredients
:

1 cut into 3/4-inch slices loaf baguette or French bread
1 cut in half lengthwise large clove garlic
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
1 can (15 oz.) S&W® Pickled Party Beets, drained
fresh basil or baby spinach leaves , Chopped

Procedure:

  • Rub top of each bread slice with garlic. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Place bread slices on baking sheet and toast in oven until lightly browned.
  • Mix cream cheese with feta cheese. Spread cheese mixture on bread. Top with beet slice and basil.
