Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 can (28 oz.) DEL MONTE® Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 cup hickory barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Procedure:
- Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add tomatoes, barbecue sauce and mustard; heat through.
- Pour mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with cheese.
- Bake at 375°F, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
