300 grams chicken breast, deboned and meat chopped
1/2 cup mashed tokwa (hard soybean curd), mashed
1/2 cup coarsely grated potato
1 piece egg
1 medium piece chopped onion
3 tablepsoon all purpose flour

Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
1 medium piece sliced onion
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup sliced sayote
2 stalks green Onions, cut into 1 strips
1 pouch Sweet Spicy Tomato Sauce
Sauce:
1 medium piece sliced onion
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup sliced sayote
2 stalks green Onions, cut into 1 strips
1 pouch Sweet Spicy Tomato Sauce
Chopped green onions for granishing
Procedure:
- Combine ingredients for chicken ball and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Form every tablespoon of mixture into balls. Deep fry until golden brown. Set aside
- For the sauce sauté onion, carrot, sayote,and 1/2 teaspoon iodized fine salt.
- Cook for 5 minutes with constant stirring. Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix.
- 6. Add tomato sauce and 1 cup water. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 7. Add meatballs. Allow to simmer. Serve and top with green onions
